We are writing this letter to notify you of our decision to terminate the agreement between and ("Company") dated ("Agreement").
We are electing to terminate due to breach of the representation made in clause of the Agreement. This constitutes a repudiatory breach in common law, for which we elect to terminate this contract.
Please note, the Agreement will terminate at the end of 30 days from the date of the notice.
